So, im a clean, healthy lifestyle/diet type, positive attitude, 40s male.
Im hoping to find the simplest accomodations.
Something short term, can pay months in advance or month to month. Ive plenty of refrences/referrals.
I wont be bringing anyone over, and dont need much space if any in the home.
I have skills that may be of service or trade.. i ALWAYS leave things nicer than i find em, build, carpentry, remodels, paint, restore, fix, feng shui, organized, upgraded; you get the idea :)

Im a busy bee, projects, travel, so i dont need a bed room really, dont watch tv..
What i need is a cheap space to tend to projects, bonus if space to nap, shower, make a smoothie and get back out there and carpe diem.

A big garage is something ive been looking for, and potentially rent or buy long term, bigger the better, but a small one for short term would be fine. Even space in a driveway would be great, seriously.
